People keep saying it is a flashback when it clearly isn't.
Octo-camo the XM8 and the way he enters Shadow Moses is all new. Also the place is deserted.

Kojima said in an interview the game would take place in 4 world locations, one of which would be familar to MGS fans.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure Snake has to revisit Shadow Moses hence him being in the old battered REX when Liquid Ocelot comes in with the Prototype RAY he stole in MGS2.

Kojima just messing around since theres a Young Snake Mask for camo, makes me hope theres a MGS sneaking suit costume since theres a 'costume option in the como menu.

apparently during certain cutscenes, if prompted you can press a button and replay flashbacks with you in control.
